Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Integrated Marketing Software LLC ("IMS"). We strive to provide exceptional software services and marketing tools to our users. Because our platform provides immediate access to digital tools, features, and communication infrastructure upon account creation, we enforce the following Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. Account Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription or account at any time. You can easily process your cancellation directly through the platform by navigating to your Settings, selecting the Billing tab, and clicking the option that says "Want to modify/cancel the subscription?".

Alternatively, you may submit a cancellation request to our support team via email at [email protected] at least three (3) business days prior to your next scheduled billing date.

Upon cancellation, your access to the IMS software platform will remain active until the conclusion of your current paid billing cycle, at which point your subscription will terminate and your access will be deactivated. Please note that cancellation of a subscription does not absolve you of your responsibility to pay any outstanding usage fees. You are strictly required to settle any accrued communication fees before your account closure is finalized.

2. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Integrated Marketing Software LLC operates on a strict no-refunds policy for all digital products, subscription packages, and pay-as-you-go communication credits.

Subscriptions: We do not offer prorated refunds, credits, or cashback for partial months of service or unused software features after a billing cycle has occurred.

Usage Charges: Fees incurred for automated system usage (such as SMS, email, AI features, or phone system integrations) are non-refundable under any circumstances. Any additional communication fees racked up during your billing cycle will be charged to your payment method on file, and you remain fully liable for these charges even after submitting a cancellation request.

3. Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may only be granted in cases of verified billing errors caused directly by our system software. If you believe you have been billed in error, you must notify our billing compliance department at [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the transaction date.
