How Your Communication Wallet Works
1. A $10 Wallet Hold Is Applied- When your account is created, a $10 communication credit is added. This is not a fee — it becomes your usable balance.
2. Fees Deduct From Your Wallet Automatically- SMS, MMS, calls, voicemail drops, and WhatsApp messages deduct at carrier rates.
3. Your Wallet Auto-Refills at $0- When your balance hits $0, the system automatically adds another $10 credit.
4. If the Wallet Cannot Refill -If your payment method fails, your communication features pause until the wallet funds successfully.
Why We Don’t Inflate Communication Pricing
Most agencies hide communication fees inside inflated monthly plans. That means you get charged for usage you never used. At IMS, we don’t do that.
